Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of doughboygolfclub.com and any purchase you make from Doughboy Golf Club (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract to buy from us. If you’re under 18, you may only use the site with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Products, pricing & availability

We do our best to show products and prices accurately, but we don’t guarantee that every detail (including colors on your screen) is error-free. All prices are in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. Products are limited and may sell out; we may limit quantities or refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including if an item was mispriced.

Orders & payment

When you place an order, you authorize us (through our payment processor, Stripe) to charge your payment method for the total shown, including shipping. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed. We are not responsible for card issuer fees or declines.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States and Canada. Shipping is free on orders over $75; otherwise a flat rate applies, shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and once we hand a package to the carrier, delivery is in their hands. International customers (including Canada) are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier delays, weather, or supply issues.

All sales are final

Intellectual property

The Doughboy Golf Club name, logo, mascot, designs, artwork, and site content are our property and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our written permission.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the site for anything unlawful, don’t try to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to it, and don’t use it to infringe anyone’s rights.

Disclaimers

The site and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind except those that cannot be excluded under applicable law. We don’t guarantee the site will always be available, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Doughboy Golf Club will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

Dispute resolution & governing law

If you have a problem, please email us first at doughboygolfclub@gmail.com so we can try to resolve it directly — most issues are sorted out this way. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute that isn’t resolved informally will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Michigan.

Chargebacks

Because all sales are final, please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. Filing a chargeback for an order you received, instead of contacting us, may be treated as a breach of these Terms.

Severability & entire agreement

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in full effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Doughboy Golf Club regarding your use of the site and your purchases, and replace any prior understandings.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and we’ll update the “Last updated” date above.
