Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Doughboy Golf. We’re excited to bring you premium golf apparel, and many of our products are offered on a pre-order basis to ensure you get exclusive access to new launches and limited styles.

Pre-Orders

Most of our items are available as pre-orders. This means:

  • Your item is not immediately in stock, and will ship once production is complete.

  • Estimated ship times are provided on each product page. Typical pre-order windows range from 4–6 weeks, though this may vary by item.

We will keep you updated by email as your order progresses and notify you as soon as it ships.

Ready-to-Ship Items

If you purchase an item marked “Ready to Ship,” it will be processed within 2–4 business days.

Combined Orders

If you place an order containing both pre-order and ready-to-ship items, we may ship your items together once the pre-order is ready, unless otherwise specified. If you’d like separate shipments, please place separate orders.

Shipping Times & Costs

  • Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7-10 business days within United States, depending on your location and the shipping option chosen at checkout.

  • International shipping times vary, generally 14–28 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to update.

Delays

While we do our best to meet all estimated ship dates, pre-orders can occasionally be delayed due to manufacturing or shipping constraints. We will always communicate any significant delays and keep you informed.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If this happens, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to us — we’ll do our best to assist you.
